Easy choc-chip cookies:
Ingredients: 1 cup butter, 1 cup white sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, 3 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, ½ tsp salt, 2 cups choc chips.
Method: Cream butter+sugars, mix in eggs+vanilla. Stir dry ingredients in, fold choc chips. Scoop onto tray, bake 10–12 min at 350°F (175°C). Cool 5 min. Enjoy
