Quick fixes: 1) finish/update your profile (age, income, education) 2) check Earn page and try Prime Surveys, Torox or BitLabs (they’re hot) 3) clear cookies or try a different device (no VPN/VPS allowed) 4) try the app or check back later. Still stuck? Hit the support button top-right and we’ll look.

Hey kev — easy! Log in, click your avatar (top-right) → My Profile (or go to https://gain.gg/myprofile). Edit whatever you want (display name, country, age/income/education — fill those in to get more surveys), then hit Save. Need help or something’s glitched?
