I did the Sea of Conquest one on Torox, but they've changed it in the last week. I got max payout by getting to flagship level 26 and now you have to get to lvl 30 which is a big ask.

yeah I'm here, all of mine paid out almost immediately after hitting the milestones. When I started the Torox package it said that lvl 26 was the highest payout. I think I had 3 days left? So lvl 30 is probably possible but you're gonna have to spend some money

yeah- you need the third builder as early as possible, that's $10 out of your pocket. I had milestone payouts for $19.99 and $49.99 that paid out the same / more than the cost so I bought those. The $19.99 I got the growth fund > adventure bundle

for the $49.99 I got one of the ones for the summer activities things? Maybe the shovel one or the one for the dragon eggs? One emerald in-game calculates to 1 min speedup or 500 gold. The pack I bought had 5k emeralds and more than 5k worth of speedups so it was better than buying the emeralds outright
