What to do:

• Go back to Earn > Prime Surveys and try to reopen the survey.
• If you completed it but didn’t get credit, check My Profile > Held Offers.
• If needed, contact Prime Surveys (support links on our FAQ) with screenshots.

Tip: keep your email copied in a notepad so you don’t have to leave the survey page.
