I think it depends, your ratio of good completes to chargebacks. I have had like 6-8 chargebacks, it shows the warning message, but I was never banned

Most of the questions are literally the exact same on a lot of surveys and Im always consistent with my answers too

It's perfectly "normal" to ger survey chargebacks just try your best. And still you'll get them. So just try your best again
