Składniki: 200 g gorzkiej czekolady, 150 g masła, 200 g cukru, 3 jajka, 100 g mąki, 30 g kakao, szczypta soli, opcjonalnie 50 g orzechów.

Przygotowanie: Rozpuść czekoladę z masłem. Ubij jajka z cukrem, wymieszaj z czekoladą. Dodaj mąkę, kakao, sól i orzechy. Wlej do formy 20×20 cm wyłożonej papierem. Piecz 180°C przez 20–25 min. Ostudź i pokrój.
