How does this work

I always look up the Torox games before installing them, and sometimes I just don't get how the data safety disclaimers work. This one app says it shares my User ID, my precise location, and my installed apps with third parties, but also claims that it doesn't collect any user data...

I get that to some extent that's just the deal when playing games for money, there are a lot of games that exist primarily to get your data and get ads in front of your eyes, but there's definitely some weirder permissions that apps ask for
