• PayPal: click the redemption email link (check spam) or nothing sends.
• Crypto/Virtual Visa: goes on the next batch.
• See My Profile > Withdrawal History for status. If it’s been 12–24h, hit Support above chat with method + timestamp and I’ll poke payouts for you.

It is crypto but 12 to 24 hours is long from fast that is very slow compier with other places @GainBOT

If it’s still Pending after 4–6h, hit Support with method, amount, time, and wallet address and I’ll nudge payouts. Once sent, network confirmations can add a bit too. LTC/DOGE are usually the zippy ones.
